Refund policy
Items supplied by SAS SKEP are new and guaranteed against all defects.
RETURNS
Customers have (14) days from receipt of items to request an exchange or refund.
Customers must return items in new condition and without any trace of wear, in their entirety and in their original packaging, undamaged, accompanied by any accessories, instructions for use and documentation.
In the event of an item not conforming to the description or being damaged, the purchaser must send proof of the defect(s) to contact@skep.life (description and photos enclosed).
In the event of the customer exercising the right of withdrawal, SAS SKEP is obliged to reimburse, free of charge, all sums paid by the customer.
ITEM DELIVERED AFTER ONE (1) MONTH
If the item has not been delivered within one (1) month of the order date, the customer has the right to request reimbursement, without any other reason being necessary.
RETURN COSTS
Return costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
IMMEDIATE REFUNDS
In the event of a refund, we guarantee that it will be made within 30 days or less from the date of receipt of the returned package.
